Full start menu

Hi all,
Hopefully a simple one....but how do you get the full list of programs to show when you click, Start / programs. ? I get the two carrot symbols that you have to click to extend the list fully.
Any ideas?

I'm not running 2000..... But on mine...if you right click on the taskbar....choose properties....then go to the advanced tab..... near the bottom..I have a choice to take the check mark out of scroll programs?

No, this is not what I was looking for. I am trying to find out if there is a way to extend the length of the list of programs, after clicking on Start / programs. I get a list of 4-6 programs, and then the down arrow symbol that I have to click on to expand and show the rest of the programs. I hope this is clear?

Well, I thought it was clear? You're not trying to get the menu to cascade out to the right or left.......rather than scroll down the list?

Is there a setting so that I don't have to use the scroll down arrows to expand the program list....under start? There aren't enough programs in the program list to expand to a second window....to the right, but when i click on Start / Programs, it only shows 4-5 programs and then the scroll symbol at the bottom, which I would have to hit in order to reveal the rest of the programs listed.

I think what you want is:
start>settings>taskbar &...>uncheck 'use personalized menus.
