I'm in the process of revising my resume. Why is it when I attempt to make changes, when I type in the new data the characters of the words that are after the data I'm entering are being deleted? An example would be as follows: Lets just say I wanted to add the word proficient in front of DHCP, DNS and Wins. As I type proficient, the letters of DHCP, DNS and Wins are being deleted. I'll continue to check the MS Word 2003 settings. Perhaps there is a seting that must be changed.
    Thank you, kindly.

Sounds like an Insert key problem.

On the top of your keyboard, to the right of backspace key is an Insert key. Press it once to put text into Insert mode. Press it again to put it back into Replace mode. Currently it's in Replace mode.
