links in e-mails dont work

Helo, I cant seem to figuar out why the links in my e-mail (outlook express) dont work anymoore. I recived e-mail that asks that i click on the link to reply

 

This sometimes cures the problem. Close all open windows and in a Run window (Windows key+R), type regsvr32 /u urlmon.dll (note the two spaces) and press Enter.

Again, in a Run window (Windows key+R), type regsvr32 urlmon.dll (note the space) and press Enter.

Also, in Internet Explorer click on Tools > Internet Options > Programs Tab and make sure there is a check next to the option that says that Internet Explorer should check to make sure it is the default web browser.
