   Hi,
   
   I just want to know is there any open source application for printer management so that centrally i can manage prnter e.g i can set the quota for users how much printouts they can take.

   If have a Linux system you can install CUPS on it to manage printers. AFAIK there are no Windows open source printer mngrs, printers are managed via the accompanying software for each printer. You could try to use Group Policies to limit which users can change printer settings.
