    Catchy title - sorry for following letdown.
    Just have a question.

    On this BBS how can I get rid of pop-ups when cursor across those green underlined words?

    Use the mouse to scan text in posts. BOOM "“ pop-up explodes if hit one.
    Very annoying - Slows things down n breaks train of thought if have to snuff them out to see text they obscured.

    Gave up trying to answer a couple of posts. Too many greenies to navigate thru.

    Hi ephemarial. To block those advertisements and all the other advertising on this site as well download the MVP Hosts File. I find that it does a good job and it can protect your PC from visiting Malware websites too.

    You could also take out a Subscription. One of the main benefits is that you won't see any advertisements, and you would still support WindowsBBS.
