cannot uninstall IGI2 covert strike

hi,
I've installed a game named IGI2 covert strike from the setup files kept on the my system(CD got scratched so I saved the setup files ).Now I want to uninstall it but I don't see any uninstall file(in the IGI folder in C.Also I don't find the option of IGI in ADD remove Programs not even in windows Installer Cleanup.
I wan't to uninstall the game and I don't find any uninstall file for IGI online.
Deleting all the folders won't remove the game from the computer memory so i'm looking for uninstall file.

Any help will be appreciable.
