I have a Twitter account. When I use FF V.3.53 with it, some of the little twitter icons do NOT display at all, but yet others do. It is not a Twitter problem, I don't think because if I use the Avant or Opera browser all of the icons for Twitter show in there. Some of them just will not display in Firefox. Is this a problem with FF or could it be something else? I have tried FF in Safe mode.all extensions diabled and it still shows only some of the icons. Others who use FF say they have the same problem, others say they see all the icons, could them not displaying be related to the version of FF I am using?Any comments or fixes welcomed. Thanks.

If it is the version, I have 3.0.14 and 3.5.3, to check with. I don't know if it could be a Firefox problem. I, never, pay any attention to the small icons. They are there to identify the website, at best, and don't accomplish anything. The icons would display in Avant, which is based on IE, because pages are written, often, in a way that it is designed for IE. I know nothing about Opera.
If the icons are important, try IE Tab in the IE mode.

Hone of your suggestions worked, and the IE Tab extension did not help show the icons in IE either.
Also, Most Twitter users do depend on the icons for posting and managing their tweets. The icons in Twitter are very helpful to see and use, especially if a person wants to use the Trash can icon or Favorites icon or the reply arrow icon to either delete, favorite or reply to one of their followers. Also, the DM mail reply icon is very useful to quickly reply to a friend privately,so they do need to DISPLAY properly. But, sadly FF does not display them properly as of now anyhow.
Guess FF does not have that ability as of now, seems they are lagging behind some of the lesser known browsers. Thanks anyhow, but I still have the problem but it is with FF and not Twitter.

I suggested IETab in Firefox, in IE mode, not in IE. Now, I have no idea what you are talking about, nor what icons you are referring to. I am referring to the icon to the left of the address(the http). I am not a Twitter user, so I can't test the issue.
If I understand anything, there are icons in Avant and Opera, but not in Firefox and IE?

IE Tab did not help any at all and I already knew how to use that addon
If you don't know anything about Twitter, or you don't use Twitter at all, then how could you help me solve the problem? Well,as of now, it doen't matter as I played around with FF and finally got it fixed so that the twitter icons do now show up. Due to my tinkering wtih FF,it is now working perfectly with the Twitter account and website. Thanks for trying to help though.

I could not, specifically, help with Twitter, of course, but could give some suggestion.
Do you know what you did to make Firefox work for you, or was it a trial and error tinkering? Also, you did not confirm if your icons were visible in IE.
Someone else may have your issue, and you could help, if you know what you did.
