Resolved Desktop Icons not loading

Hi, I have several users who's desktop icons take an age to load, not every time but quite frequently. It's not just when they are connected to our network but also when using stand alone. I have tried increasing the icon cache size & I have also deleted the icon cache but this has not resolved the issue. Any ideas?

So far this seems to have worked, although I notice there is also a hotfix available from Microsoft.
