BSOD when printing 0x00000005

    hello when try tp print i get that blue screen of death. im not sure what to ive read several other forums and got no where. i have spyware doctor and outpost security. also my computer take a long time to start firefox while other programs work fine. thank you.

    Download BlueScreenView
    No installation required.
    Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
    When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
    Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
    Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

    As you can see, all errors are caused by Sandboxie (SandBox.sys).
    Uninstall it temporarily and see, if it cures the problem.

    should i uninstall the anti virus or should i just get rid of sandbox.sys

    Sandboxie is a program: http://www.sandboxie.com/
    It's not an antivirus.
    See, if you have it listed in Add\Remove. If so, uninstall it.
