    I know i have the GA EP45T UD3R (rev 1.0) from Gigabyte.

I spent all day trying to figure out why PC was running better with Vista x32 than it is now on x64, so i figured its a driver issue.

after some extensive googling, im even more confused than when i started.

    GA EP45T UD3R (rev 1.0) vista x64 drivers on gigabyte.com.tw site this board is identified as Intel® P45 + ICH10R Chipset

    GA EP45T UD3R (rev 1.0) vista x64 drivers on ee.giga-byte.com this board is identified as P45 / Socket 775

They are the same motherboard, the pages were produced by different sections of the company, one the Taiwanese (Global), the other European. You can check the specifications (links on the right), one description includes the CPU type (775), the other the motherboard chipset type (ICH10R).

Look at the driver file versions, they are common. If you can see the address if you hover the cursor over the links, they link to the same download location.

some of the drivers are different, looks like the euro site has some newer files that arent available on the TW site.
