I am using Mozilla Thunderbird ver. 2.0.0.23. The OS is Vista Business.

I have 4 user accounts, and it was working fine till today. When I click on the desktop icon I keep getting only the previous user name mail account I was using - the Profile Manager does not open. The properties of the icon is set as "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -p. What is the problem? How do I fix it?

If the shortcut properties are set as reported, you should get a list of the Profiles which are present. If you don't see them, you don't have anything more than one profile.
But, why more than one profile? All four accounts should come up with the profile, if set up that way. Why happened before? Did you get more than one profile?
    I have set the profiles ( and, I have two), this way: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -p profilename(1 or 2).
I never see the profile manager, but I have two shortcuts.

Westide - thx. Actually the problem was resolved when I rebooted the system. Vista seems to have some bugs in it.

If my old computer with XP survives a bit longer, I will not have to be concerned with Vista.
