mouse right click hang?

    I have problem,

    I'm use WIN XP PRO SP2
    In Normal Windows,
    When
    Left-Click Icon , double-click, program was sucess run it.

    BUT:

    Right-Click Icon (My Computer, or other in desktop icon), always system hang, only press Ctrl_Shirt_Esc call task mang to kill "explorer.exe "
    and run it again.


    I try in Safe-Mode to try it. Right-Click Problem is also here.

    Where problem Please! is Virus?

    in XP SP2 , ignore (1) mouse right_click problem
    ignore (2) can't use more 1 usb port device problem

    is also work ? stable ?

    I remember in first install XP SP2, problem (1)(2) , is no problem,
    why doing install software something..something...! problem found ?


    SP3, where to request it ? stable more than SP2 ?
    problem (1) (2) fix ?

    Please!

    Your right click problem may be caused by a rogue Shell Extension - this is explained in the article Evan posted above - have you tried that solution?

    SP3 is essentially a roll up of all the Security patches released since SP2 was released - there are no new features that the average user would notice. If you keep SP2 fully updated you remain safe,

    SP3 should have been offered to you through Windows Update - run Windows Update manually from Start > Programs or download the full version to your hard drive and instal from here ....
