    Hi,
Having a problem with iTunes. When I double click on the icon (or try and load for the start menu) nothing happens. There is no process in the task manager. No egg timer. I uninstalled it and reinstalled. And it works fine once. and then nothing!

I thought it was just iTunes but installed winamp nad loaded once but then nothing.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you,
    Joe

I expect you need to uninstall media players, not install more.

Itunes, from what I have seen, has little or no support for running on Windows.

Look at what media players you have installed, now, it sounds like Itunes, Windows Media Player and Winamp. Any others?

If you put Itunes on a Windows PC, you might be on your own. There are other media players that I would NEVER install on my system because of bad experiences (have you installed one in the past, then uninstalled it, maybe it is not completely gone ).

It seems(? to me) the media players are fighting.

    Matt
