Windows Vista Shutdown

    When i shut windows vista 32 bit down normally ,it takes 15 minutes or doesn't even shut down then, have to shut it down manually, sometimes get blue screen with a whole page of writing but doesn't stay on but a few seconds, can only read shutting down as to not damage computer. Please help as i don't why it's not shutting down properly
