Help me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
When I start Microsoft Word 2003, I can type everything.
But, the problem comes here:
Every time when I exit Microsoft word, there will be a message on the left corner of the program: "Word is saving normal.dot "

I followed the steps in the webpage that you've described, but I find nothing in the startup folder. When I check for the macros, I also find nothing in the macros. I never touch anything in the templates!

The cause may be a corrupted Normal.dot - I suggest you ensure that Word is closed and search for and navigate to Normal.dot and delete it. It will be recreated the next time you start Word, but any customisations you have saved in Normal.dot will be lost.

I would also suggest a thorough antivirus scan - ensure that your definitions are up to date - on the off chance that you have picked up a macro virus.
