After installing Win7, I get a message "no sound device installed" and thus no sound. Any suggestions?

Does your computer have a sound card;)

When i ran Windows 7 Advisor it stated that i would have to go to the MS site and update the sound card driver for it to work in Win7 - Maybe you should try this unless already done so.
