    Outlook 2003 11.8169.8172 SP3

I recently set up a gmail account (google apps) to use IMAP.

When I copied all my emails from my old Outlook to gmail and then uploaded from gmail to the new Outlook all my Inbox emails have the migration date as the 'received' date. This causes serious havoc when I am trying to find something.

If I click on each email it re-populates the correct date (the actual received date) and sorts it into the correct date slot. The problem is I have about 8000 emails. I just do not have enough days in my life to complete this.

Does anyone have a fix I could use - I don't know, maybe a script or something. I have tried so many things and nothing works e.g. downloading the total email (and not just header) - this took hours and all my bandwidth for the month, and did not resolve it. I tried using the followup - this didn't work - I am all out of ideas.
