I had to take my Dell 8200 desktop in to the shop because an MS update for my video card driver caused big problems. The tech quickly backed out the update and installed the proper driver and sent me home.
Everything is ok now, except my MS wireless multifunction keyboard 1.1 isn't recognized at all. The wireless mouse works fine. I've installed fresh, tested batteries in the keyboard. What else could be wrong?

Yes, Mattman, it's correct. I found the little button on the bottom of the keyboard that I was supposed to push to make it "see" the receiver.

OK, that's good. Readers would wonder how it was resolved.
