Experience with Windows data entryproducts

I am looking for a product that will allow me to speed up a data entry process. My wife does data entry and the system she connects to brings up a window that takes a lot of mouse work to navigate. I would like to know if anyone has used a product or knows of one that would allow me to be able to move from field to field quickly. The tab key will do it but is even slower than using the mouse.

Everything will be explored. And the easier to use the product the better.

 

Yes it is, but am/was looking for something that was inherent to windows. Have expanded to look at alternative ways to do the same thing.
