Resolved cannot renew IP address

I'm trying to repair my network connection. I get the error 'cannot renew IP address'
this is on a wifi system that was working for me last week

 

Unlpug from power and make sure the router is powered off. Leave it powered off for a few minutes and try again.

If that doesn't fix it do a google search for "enable dhcp on <insert router name here> "

That should be a good start

 

Or get rid of AT & T DSL!!!
Problem solved.

 

I configured one of their new DSL Modem/Router/Wifi boxes the other day.
They tried to make it so user friendly it's horrible.
