Virus Program Quarantined Threats

Am running one anti virus and one anti-malware program. A number of threats have been placed in quarantine with the options of delete, restore, etc. I would not consider restoring but have questions about deleting. Any reason to keep in quarentine or best to delete? Would appreciate any comments.

 

Most will tell you to leave them there for a few days to make sure that they aren't false positives. I usually delete them after about a week if everything else runs smooth. I also check and make sure that they aren't the same ones over and over being put in Quarantine. If it is the same ones, post back here what they are. They could also be hid in System Restore and that can be dealt with also.
Never had a problem doing it that way.
