    Hi,

hope I´m right here for my problem.
We use Outlook 2007 with a Terminal Server (2003) and WDS 4.0. Outlook and WDS are installed on the server. In addition to that we have an separate Exchange Server for our mails.
The System is used by about 25 clients and since we started to use WDS 4 we got a lot of trouble relating the performance. Sometimes the system did nothing for minutes!!
We checked all and recognized that WDS was responsible for that issues. So we removed it and looked for another search tool. After a research we found Lookeen.
After testing it (the test seemed to be very good, Lookeen is very fast and the server survived ;) ) we are thinking about to buy Licences for every work space. Before doing that I thought it would be great to get some experiences from Lookeen users. Important for me is, to get information about problems with Lookeen/Outlook/Terminal Server/Exchange!

If somebody can give me some advices I´d be very appreciated!!

    Greets Michael

After nobody answered, I´ll do that on my own.

We decided to get a license of Lookeen for every of our workspaces. Lookeen worked without problems in our enviroment and the users wanted this tool.

I can recommend Lookeen as search tool for Outlook and it works great with TS/Exchange.

I´d be very appreciated if somebody would share experiences with Lookeen.

    greets Michael

Thanks for posting back Michael. I had never heard of this tool before, and there's not a lot of 'user info' to be found on Google either it seems (some comments on CNET's Download.com).
