I used a 3rd party defragmenter. It showed that I had several large files in C:\temp. But when I tried to delete these files in Windows Explorer, I got a "access denied" message. Also, C:\temp shows 0 folders, 0 files. If I do a search for the file throughout the entire C: drive, The search returns no results. I tried using the command prompt, without any success. My question: "How can I get access to C:\temp and delete these files? "
