    hello,
    Usually I've seen people sending links in their post like this...
    'if you want more information click "here" ' .
    In the above line the word "here" (mentioned in double quotes) they attach their link so that the word is only highlighted in 'blue' (usually blue but can apply any other color to the word 'here' but should be different from other letters color) and when we click the blue letter "here" we are moved to different webpage in different tab or same tab (as per the setting).

    I wan't to learn how we are taken to different webpage on clicking the single word when the whole link is not mentioned? What is the setting behind the link attachment and how its done?

    Open the web page you want to link to in a new tab - right click in the Address Bar > copy to copy the URL.

    In your message type the name of the page or just 'here'

    Click on the Inert Link icon at the top of the message pane

    In the Link Attachment window - http:// is highlighted - Ctr+V to paste the url into the box > OK (you can also type a URL into the box rather than copy/paste)

    When you Preview your message (If in Quick Reply hit Go Advanced button to see the Preview) your link will be shown in blue and is clickable.
