no icons in Adminstrators account

XP x64.
After I installed new games/softwares, most of the times strange things occurred at the FIRST RESTART.

IF I GO DIRECTLY TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNT, THE START SCREEN DOESN'T HAVE ICONS AND RIGHT CLICK DOES NOT WORK. FIRST I HAVE TO USE THE LIMIT USER ACCOUNT WHICH IS NORMAL. ONLY AFTER THAT, THE ADMINISTATIVE ACCOUNT WILL BEHAVE NORMALLY.

I tried various solutions, including running antivirus, antispywares, defrag but so far nothing works.*

I am trying to find the solution myself. First, I dismissed the idea that it may due to the unstability of x64 as unlikely. Now I look at the softwares in the system tray (task bar). Using the device manager, I can see that there are 4 network adapters:

- 1394 Net Adapter
- 802.11g PCI Turbo Wireless Adapter
- Realtek PCIe Family Controller
- Realtek PCIe Family controller #2

I disabled 3 adapters, only left is No3: Realtek PCIe Family Controller.
