Windows Vista I cannot log in to my user account

When I click on my user account it just says: ' the user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded'.
However the other two user accounts on my computer are still working.

I don't know what to do because I need to get to my files!

HELP

 

Create a new account (with administrator privileges).
Log into this account and navigate to your files in the old profile.
Copy them to the new profile.

It may not let you access them. If so, follow the instructions on taking ownership in this link: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67717-take-ownership-file.html

Once you're sure that you've recovered everything, delete the old account to prevent further problems.
