windows 98 and ie...?

    which is the latest version of IE i can download for windows 98 that will support the operating system. and how do i get this???

    Internet Explorer is an integral part of Windows - you should have it already in the system and running Windows Update should get you the latest compatible version (IE6 SP1) and patches.

    the web page doesn't load correctly

    all i see is dots it is really wierd i went to microsoft link you provided not everything on the page is displayed mainly i see dots.... on other web sites this doesn't occur any advise
