Resolved Hard drive problem

    Did you remove and remake the C: partition?

    Yes i reformated the hard drive, it dosen't matter anymore,i did a full smart test on the hard drive and it turned out to be bad, brand new. i sent hitische an email. and they ae going to replace it. ( wrong speling i know.)

    Just a bit of info for you and others that may read this, reformatting is not the same as deleting the partition completely. Often, the partition information can be wrong. Reformatting has no effect on the partition information.

    Well done discovering the fault. Probably bad handling during transportation (I always imagine them playing football with it or drop-kicking it into the back of the truck). They can only resist a certain amount of G-forces.

    I did delete the partition then redid it.
