Sometime in the last couple of weeks, my "Insert Picture" function broke. When I click Insert Picture - the next box that comes up is Blank. (see attached)

    XP Pro SP2 and IE7.

The mail format is set to HTML.
    I zapped the Outbox.dbx
I zapped a couple thousand mails out of the Inbox.dbx

    Anythoughts?
    Thanks in advance.

Shame - you did re-register OE as well? ....

    msimn /reg

Best suggestion is either upgrade to IE8 or roll back to IE6 and re-install 7 and see if either of those actions clears the problem.
