ms ofc 2k sp3- what other safety pkgs.after?

    Hi, after a re-install of my (legit) copy of MS Ofc2K SR-1 & updating to Ofc2K SP3, I'd like to know if there's a list somewhere (at MS own site?) of all the essential security updates I need to install. Using MS own "windows update" led to 0 updates required. How do i know that is accurate? Thank you.
