Unable to clear installer

Everytime I log on the first thing that flashes on the screen the message cdexe etc. cannot ecexute I clickdelete it goes away and a second repeat message appears I clcik delete it goes away. Then a Microsoft Money Installer appears and when I click delete a second Microsoft Money 2002 Installer begins to run. I have had to cleck delete up to ten times to get these to close. The last time I had to do this must have done something negative because now I cannot sign on to the Net from home.
