Windows Mail [lost GROUPS from the toolbar and can't set up group contact]

    In Windows Mail - Contacts --- I have lost the header "GROUPS" from the toolbar and can't set up group contacts. How do I get it back?

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

    I didn't think Win Mail could do Groups...But the help file say just to click on the Toolbar->New Contact Group....But I don't see it either.

    If you set up a new folder in the Groups folder, then open that new folder, the "New Contact Group" button appears. It only appears when in that new folder.

    I just named the new folder "Test" (since I didn't know if the new group would be using that folder) and after setting up one group, I deleted "Test. "

    Here's a Work Around too....

    Start a New Mail message
    Click the TO button
    Right Click on any Contact->NEW->New Group

    THANK YOU ! ! ! I was able to create a group after I named it first and then right clicked it. That certainly doesn't follow the HELP instructions so I am grateful.
