Foreign language add-on for Word 2000

Is there some sort of add-on for Word 2000 that will enable me to type documents in Spanish?

 

From the Word 2000 help files:

"Enable editing of multiple languages in Office programs
On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Office Language Settings.

On the Enabled Languages tab, select the check boxes next to the languages you want. "

 

Thanks, but I don't have Office Tools listed in my Start Programs menu. I'll search around and see if it's in fact on my computer somewhere.

 

Try looking in Word under Tools>Language>Set Language and see if you have the option to choose Spanish.

 

Finally figured it out. I did have the Word language settings, but that isn't all I needed. I learned that making the keyboard type in Spanish (or other language) is a Windows function (Settings>Control Panel>Keyboard and click the Language tab).
