Trouble opening attachments

    When I receive emails with .jpg attachments I cannot open them by double clicking on the attachment icon. As far as I can see, nothing happens. I am using Outlook Express 6.
    However, if I save the attachments in My Pictures they open from there with no trouble.
    Any help would be appreciated.
