Anyone know what a .ddf file is and how to delete it from
my computer. I've got a folder named DwnLd Keepers with a
file (which was a mp3) named Frank Mills - A Spanis Love
Song.ddf. I have deleted both the Folder and file approx.
6 times and a week or so later it shows back up again. I
have tried hiding them and encryption and the Folder/file
    re-appears.
I did a search of the Register and the Folder/file shows
    up in
    HKEY_CURRENT-USER>Software>Microsoft>Search
    Assistant>ACMRU>5603
    Name Type Data
    ab000 REG_SZ Frank Mills - A Spanis Love Song.ddf

    Pentium 3

    512 MB Ram
    40 Gig Hard drive

    Welcome to WindowsBBS. :)
That may be what it is, or it may be a virus. Try a thorough virus check. ;)
