I seem to remember being able to drag files in explorer to my CD drive and getting a message "Files waiting to be written to CD Drive" but now I get the message " D: drive not accessible, incorrect function "
I do know that the drive is OK because I can write to it with Cyberlink power to go!
Any idea why this should be and if it possible to correct it?

Right click CD-RW drive in My Computer > Properties > Recording Tab - is 'Enable CD Recording on this drive checked' ?

Thanks for that Pete, problem solved - I should have remembered that. It did work previously but somehow defaulted back to "not record ". Can't imaging how that happened

Often happens when third party burning software is installed. Glad to hear it was a simple fix :)
