maybe that part did not work, the reply's that you receive are all automated, so I guess if you try that part again it would probably work for you. I have done it twice with no problems.

Yes, I did. The results of doing that were what I was quoting in Reply #12. And at that point in the process it was what I couldn't figure out what to do with.

I just tried the download and got the key emailed to me about 90 minutes later.

maybe email program thought the 2nd email was spam?

I suppose anything is possible. At first I thought maybe the German site didn't like my browser, SeaMonkey, and needed IE, but then I wondered why the initial reply would work but not the one with the key in it. Your idea seems to raise the same question -- why would the registration page come through but not the key? Beats me.
