Hi, can someone please help me.. I keep on having that blue screen when I try to start my xp pro sp2:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    and that technical information:
    STOP: 0x0000000A (0xF8ADD090,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x804D9B68)

When I go to the safe mode I have this error message in the event log:
    Event ID: 7026
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    AFD
    Fips
    intelppm
    IPSec
    Kl1
    Klif
    mchlnijDrv
    MRxSmb
    NetBIOS
    NetBT
    RasAcd
    Rdbss
    Tcpip

and 6 "Event ID: 7001" that go like: The IPSEC Services service depends on the IPSEC driver service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I believe it is due to internet connection as I was watching a streaming video on a guest-account when my computer went on stand by, when I turned it back on an hour later I was in a none internet connection area, the video from the internet kept on playing for a second before the computer went on the blue screen. I tried repairing it with windows Repair/Upgrade, no difference and now I can't even get into the safe mode as everytime windows setup tries to finish the process but can't do it under safe mode.. I have the Ultimate Boot CD but I can't figure out how to use it to repair my computer.

Help me please to fix thix problem.
    Thank you.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

You receive a "Stop 0x0000000A" error message in Windows XP

Look at the section 'Error occurs after Windows XP is already installed'.
What exactly are you doing here - Safe mode does not come into the equation in a repair install - to make a repair install of Windows you boot from the XP CD - as detailed in the KB article above - Method 2: Repair the Windows XP installation

    Thanx for ur suggestion.
i did boot from the cd, but then the repair had to restart and failed to continue repair due to the blue screen error, and since i can't even use safe mode as setup always tries to continue repair.

There is a strong possibility that you have a hardware failure - this post here to which I do not have access is similar and in another thread which referenced it hardware failure was suggested.

I would disconnect all peripherals and remove all internal cards apart from the graphics card and try again.

I would recommend opening the case and removing all cards and components that are non-essential to starting up the pc. This may help the pc start up.

I have a feeling that there is, but cannot find the relevant info at the moment. If you boot again from the XP CD this may resolve the problem.
