Which video card?

    Hello,
    I need to upgrade my video card, so that my daughter can run "The Sims 3" game on the PC.
    The current card is: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000

    The Motherboard is: asrock K7VT6 1.0x

    Which type of video card can I go for, can I use a PCI express, or AGP

    (Win XP, 1.25gb ram, 160gb hdd)

    Also any recommendations
