I am trying to access that list to delete individual entries. I 'm sure it's somewhere in the registry, but don't know where. I read it's also encrypted. Is there a way to de-crypt it to read it?

I've also read that the entries are stored encrypted in this registry key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW

I don't use AutoComplete so I can't tell off the bat if you can decrypt and read the entries but you may want to take a look at this link for info on manually deleting entries within IE.

    An answer for future reference

To delete individual entries from the autocomplete box in web forms, highlight it with your mouse (when the pulldown menu opens) then hit "delete" on the key board.

Just in case anyone has the same question

Try Tools, Internet Options, Content, Autocomplete.
You can delete them from there
