    LED White LED
    Cold cathode fluorescent lamp

    Part A:
A scanner on its own is just that, a scanner. An all-in-one includes a printer.

    Part B:
3 color (RGB) is 3 colours of red, green and blue.
    LED = Light emitting diode

At a guess, the light source is the colour of the scanner's laser, and the scanner element affects what the processed image looks like. Does this help?

    Thanks!

    Part.A
Special Information Technology ... about (warm up speed, scanning speed, Quality)

    I try listen sales talk:
use (LED White LED, and CCD 6-line color) is best quality, speed!?

    Part.B
Review product cost, all-in-one includes scanner only use
Cold cathode fluorescent lamp, CIS (Color Contact Image Sensor)

but only scanner, that cost more Expensive ? I do not undestand ?

    Part.C
most home use scanner only A4 size,
    if need scanner F4 paper Legal Size 8.5" x 14" (220mm x 360mm)
    no choice ?
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F4_(paper)

    any idea ?

    Part A:
CCD 6-line colour would be better than the 3-colour, but I have no idea whether the different LED colours make any difference.

    Part B:
All-in-one units are available from £50 onwards here, whereas you could get a scanner for about £15.

    Part C:
An A4-only scanner won't take F4 paper, but they do usually have some extra space around them - you might be able to get in a sheet of F4.
