Can’t find “Run Internet Explorer Without Add onsâ€

I installed IE8 and had some issues with it so I uninstalled it. At that time I had a choice in Start\All programs to run IE8 without Add Ons.
I have since reinstalled IE8, but, I have no choice to run without Add Ons.

Vista Home Premium 32 bit and IE8.

That's where it was the first time. But with the second install, it sure is not there now.

You can make a new shortcut to it:
1. Right click an empty space on the Desktop
2. Go to "New" and in the menu that opens, click on Shortcut
3. In the window that opens, for the Location, enter:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff (with the quote marks and the space), click the Next button
4. In the next window, name it whatever you like, click the Finish button

The new shortcut should now be on your Desktop where you can test it.
