    hi
I have oracle database installed on a PC within office network
that PC has Windows XP SP2,
we can access that database using the url:
    http://192.168.16.70:5560/z.htm
    where 192.168.16.70 is PC IP
5560 used port and z.htm is the file used to open database application.

now, how to connect to that url and that PC through ADSl router ( Repotec ADSL2+) by using external IP ?

    regards
    thanks

Did your forward port 5560 to 192.168.16.70 in the router?

I certainly hope that z.htm is a login page, else your application is insecure and will get hammered by script kiddies if allow WAN access. And just to tighten security a bit, setup Oracle SQLPlus to use a different port than the default 5560.

    Even better: use a VPN.
