ATI Radeon HD 3200 VGA-to-Composite?

    I need to know if the ATI Radeon HD 3200 supports connecting a VGA-to-Composite cable to my analog TV so I can view streaming video. Does this model support that?

    The graphics card doesn't have a S-video connector? That seems to be the best way to make a connection to Composite.
