Yellow triangle error problem

I recently joined a site and on the site i cannot change pages. Like changing from page 1 to page 2. On the bottom left hand of the screen where it usually has the word Done. Instead it has Error and has the small yellow triangle. I clicked on the triangle and looked at the details and it says error permission denied. Ive already done what was said on another post which was to disable script debugging on internet explorer and other. But when i tried again it did not work. Is there any way in which i can fix this problem its become really frusturating.

 

hi i think i am currently running internet explorer 7 but i am downloading 8 as you suggested. As well its annoying because I cannot change to the next page like from page 1 to 2. Im not really sure about the specifics of my operating system except the fact that its a dell intell core duo processor. Sorry I dont know much about computers also i tried the thing about the add ons and it unfortunately didnt work. What else do you suggest that I should do.
