I ran a speed test on my system and in the analysis, after I received the connection speeds, it also said" 'Information: Network Address Translation (NAT) box is modifying the Client's IP address
Server says [173.49.XXX.22] but Client says [192.YYY1.2] "
. (I changed part of the addresses)
I'm not sure what this means. Is it normal ?

Yep it's normal, the 173.49.... is your WAN (internet) address, the 192...... is your local (private) address.

    Nothing to worry about :D
