I can easily synch my XP laptop contacts with Vista. but it doesn't work the other way around, unless I am overlooking the obvious somehow? I would like to be able to put a current copy of my address book from my Vista computer to my XP laptop. Anyone know a workaround?

    1. Go to Windows Mail > File > Export > Windows Contacts > Comma Separated Values (CSV) > Export > Browse to where it’s to be saved (it will need to be copied to an external device, obviously) > Next > Select the fields you want and click Finish.

    2. Import the Contacts to Outlook Express via File > Import > Other Address Book > Text File (Comma Separated Values) and click Import > Browse to the file to be imported > Next > Finished.

Burr- that is very logical and seems like it should work- BUT- OE in XP doesn't seem to recognize what the Vista Contacts are, even in comma separated values. I do not want to import my address book into gmail, but so far that's the only solution I've come up with for when I'm on the road.

Hi guys I have a question

I was sending out an email to a friend. However because i was doing a numebr of things at the same time i think i sent the email to the wrong person. I looked into the "sent folder" on hotmail but i couldnt find the email which was sent. All my previous emails have been saved in the sent folder, is there a chance that by error the email was not saved in the "sent folder" or was the email not sent at all?

    Thanks
