My Laptop Can't Stand By

    I have HP Laptop and i installed windows XP Professional SP3 But When i need to turn off my stand by is locked(my computer never stand by)
    when i close my laptop it do nothing ,i check the options but i dont have anything just i have (don't do anything)

    Hi handEX. I had a similar issue where the standby option was grayed out and disabled. I was able to resolve the issue by updating the video drivers. Glad you were able to get your issue resolved.
