    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

Are they not in the right order when you go to the contacts folder or when you click the TO button in a new mail message?

Which version of Outlook are you using?

Edit one of the contact that are out of order...Click the name button...Using the name John Doe as an example-> Make sure John is in the FIRST Name box and Doe is in the last name box.........Typing John Doe all in the first name box can cause issues.

From an email sent by Imelda:

If you'll look around a bt, you should find an option to sort/change the view of the contacts.

Mentioning which version of MS Office might help.

AND you should always click the REPLY button and post your message here so all can see them;)
