[Spacing problem with Word 2003 when using print layout]

    hi

    I have a problem in Microsoft word 2003, while typing in print layout it is taking 5 or 6 lines(space) after pressing Enter Key.In Normal view it is working fine but in print layout it is not working fine
    My system configuration is

    OS: wINDOWS XP Service pack 2
    Office : Microsoft office 2003 service pack 2

    Action Taken By me

    I have checked paragraph settings FORMAT->PARAGRAPG->SPACING (BEFORE=0,AFTER=0)

    Even i reinstalled office 2003 but still it is taking much space after pressing enter button and also i renamed user profile but still not working

    I would try searching for normal.dot - include hidden files and folders and, with Word closed, deleting it. It will be recreated when Word is next opened. If you have any special settings such as a change of default font these settings will be lost.

    BTW - you should install Office 2003 Service Pack 3 to address security aspects and other updates.
